Chip Conley is a hospitality entrepreneur, founding boutique hotel brand Joie de Vivre Hospitality at 26 and running it as CEO for 24 years. He then served as Airbnb’s Head of Global Hospitality and Strategy for 4 years, and remains involved as a strategic advisor. He is author of 5 books including his most recent, Wisdom @ Work: The Making of a Modern Elder.
