Poetry Readings @ Willow Glen Library

Persis Karim is poet, editor, and professor of literature and creative writing at San Jose State University. Her poems have appeared in Callaloo, Porter Gulch Review, Caesura, Red Wheelbarrow, HeartLodge, and The New York Times, as well as other publications. She is the editor of three anthologies of Iranian diaspora literature and is the founding director of Persian Studies at San Jose State University.
