LACUNA: a library, an art installation

As part of the first annual Bay Area Book Festival, this… thing is happening: a library constructed from 50,000 books donated by the Internet Archive, situated in MLK Civic Center Park—right in the middle of the festival—which the public will be free to take from at no cost.

Design comes from the FLUX Foundation, the artist group that originated out of Burning Man with the Temple of FLUX in 2010.
