Embodying Spaces: LIMINAL’s 2nd Annual Soiree

This event is a fundraiser and celebration of the closing of our second year and the opening of a third as a community writing space that centers women. Featured performers and writers are Oakland Poet Laureate Alison Luterman, spoken word artist Audacious, experimental poet and Kelsey Street Member Mg Roberts and the author of New York Times best selling children’s novels Rad Women Worldwide and Rad Women A-Z, Kate Schatz.

This space does not have an ADA complient rest room but is accessible to people in wheel chairs. It is located at street level, no stairs. We are working on figuring out a solution for this event, such as the use of a nearby complient bathroom. This is not a scent-free or animal free space. Cats live here.
