Mg Roberts is a teacher, poet and multimedia artist. She is the author of the poetry collections, Anemal, Uter Meck (Black Radish 2017) and not so, sea (Durga 2014). Currently, she is co-editing Responses, New Writing, Flesh(forthcoming from Nightboat Books); an anthology on the urgency of avant-garde writing written for and by writers of color. She is a Kelsey Street Press member, Northern California Kundiman co-chair and sits on the Board of Small Press Traffic. She lives in Oakland with her three daughters, two hens, Goldendoodle, and geologist husband.
