Peter Neil Carroll is currently Poetry Moderator of Portside.org. His sixth collection of poetry, recently published, is Something is Bound to Break (Main Street Rag). Earlier titles include Fracking Dakota; Elegy for Lovers; and A Child Turns Back to Wave which won the Prize Americana. He lives in Belmont CA with photographer/writer Jeannette Ferrary.
