The resulting 7.1-mile tour is a diverting and unique way to celebrate both the literary and the adventurous spirit of San Francisco. Dream up fairies or contemplate the wind. Get microscopic. Use your hands. Write in the dark. Wrap your words in tangible abstration. Remember the emperor’s new clothes. Consider times you have felt invisible or rendered others invisible. How do we discover what we are missing? What do we know that the eyes don’t? Our theme this month is INVISIBLE. \nAs always\, we’d love to hear your (three-minute) poems\, stories\, dramas\, comedic sketches\, songs\, or dances\, on our optional theme (or any topic). \nOur May features are: Cleavon Smith and tba\n— \nFirst come first served. Sign-up starts at 7pm and closes when it fills up or when the reading starts\, so get there early if you want to read!
