Quiet Lightning / Poetry in Parks 2019 on Angel Island

Quiet Lightning presents their 128th show and the 5th annual Poetry in Parks – a collaboration with California State Parks and, this year, Kearny Street Workshop – at Ayala Cove on Angel Island the 15th of September, 2019. The festival began with youth readings, followed by a literary mixtape and QL’s Neighborhood Heroes series, this year curated by Kearny Street. Readings/performance in the following order:
